Todd Foreman – President

Mr. Foreman is working for Professional Contract Services, Inc. as Program Manager of the Community Employment Program in San Antonio where he has assisted over 250 young adults with significant disabilities to find employment in the local community.

He is a West Point Graduate who served over 20 years as an Infantry Officer. His many deployments included Korea, Haiti, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait, and Iraq. Following his military service, he worked for the Red Cross.

Todd has been a civil-servant serving as a Program Manager of Public Information and Marketing for the Department of Defense for over a decade and has been the Contract Program Manager for the US Army “Exceptional Family Member Program” where he managed over 50 employees who provided quality non-clinical case management services to over 70,000 Army Soldiers and families with Exceptional Family Members at 36 locations worldwide.
